Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a complimentary return or replacement under any of the following conditions:

The catalog perfume is unopened, unused, and retained in its original presentation packaging with tamper seal intact.
The return request is lodged within 7 calendar days from doorstep delivery confirmation.
The flacon arrived cracked, leaking, or damaged during transit.
An incorrect variant, volume, or catalog scent was dispatched by our dispatch team.

Custom Fragrance Blends (Made-to-Order)

Bespoke Custom Formulas (Formula ID: ZHQ-xxxx): Because bespoke blends are formulated with personalized note percentages, custom maceration, and individual gold engraving, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of preference.

However, if your bespoke blend arrives damaged, exhibits an atomizer defect, or fails our quality seal, we will re-blend and dispatch a pristine replacement flacon immediately at zero expense.

Prepaid UPI & Cards (Razorpay): Reversal initiated within 24 hours of inspection. Credit reflects in your account within 3 – 5 banking days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via IMPS/NEFT bank transfer directly to your provided account within 24 business hours.
Shipping Fees: Original courier shipping charges are fully refunded if the return was due to damaged transit or dispatch error.
